Mr. Jensen is a technology pioneer in multimedia, biotech and IT with 37 years of experience, since 1986.

Peter invented, sold, delivered and demonstrated the world’s first mobile app (BBC News) for the world’s first smartphone by Ericsson at TC’99.

With the $2 million Ericsson contract, Peter built a $300 million company in Oslo, Norway, and delivered a 50X ROI for early stage investors, including the SND regional venture fund of the State of Norway.

Martin W. Stevens, FCA

Director

Mr. Stevens is a chief financial officer and corporate governance expert with 46 years of experience, since 1977, in audit, governance, banking, finance, insurance and mobile media.

Martin has served as an Internal auditor since 2009 for Gjensidige, the largest insurer in Norway, with operating income NOK 34 billion and total assets NOK 135 billion (2022).

Peter and Martin have known each other for 23 years, since The Mobile Media Company.

Tom Kehler, PhD

Non-executive Director

Dr. Kehler is a technology pioneer in Artificial Intelligence and Physics, with 57 years of experience, since 1966.

Tom is Chief Scientist and co-founder of CrowdSmart AI. Tom served as CEO of IntelliCorp and Connect, and as Chairman of Informative.

Tom has extensive experience in AI technology, identification of market opportunity, building and coaching management teams, developing business relationships with large corporations and partners, funding and exit of highly successful ventures.

David G. Wilson, MBA

Strategic Advisor

Mr. Wilson is a technology pioneer in film production, gaming, storytelling, and screenwriting, with 26 years of experience, since 1997, including 11 feature films (six 007) and 5 Triple-AAA video game titles.

David developed 23 features at Eon Screenwriters Workshop, in London.

David managed the James Bond franchise licensing, merchandising & product placement. David and the Broccoli/Wilson family office are investors in Normax Biomed.
